Preparation, getting approvals and implementation of the Traffic Management Plans for the construction projects.
Based on a deep knowledge of the traffic legislation in the field, Essential Engineering SRL develops and plan the traffic management documentation for the construction sites.
This activity involves two aspects:
1.Elaboration of plans for traffic inside the construction site;
2.Traffic plans for the sites, whose activity is conducted on public or on public roads;
3.Upon request, our company can ensure the coordination and preparation of managers in charge of monitoring the traffic conditions within the construction site.
For the documents prepared by Essential Engineering SRL, we are getting approvals and legal opinions from the Traffic Police, Townhalls, CNAIR (as appropriate).

(a) the Contractor shall (as between the Parties) be responsible for any maintenance which may be required for his use of access routes;
(b) the Contractor shall provide all necessary signs or directions along access routes, and shall obtain any permission which may be required from the relevant authorities for his use of routes, signs and directions;” (FIDIC 1999 Conditions of Contract for building and engineering works designed by the Employer – General Conditions Sub-Cl. 4.15).
