Essential Engineering SRL is able to provide, by our own resources or, in cooperation with our partners, the management of the projects, from the beginning up to the issue of the final certificate.
Starting with the participation in the tender for the award of the contract for works, we have the capability and experience required to ensure control of the projects up to the final reception:
a. Programme analysis
b. Identification of the resource needs at various moments in time;
c. Creation, implementation and maintain an effective Quality system;
d. Quantity surveying and preparation of the payment applications;
e. Risks identification and preventive actions to mitigate their effects;
f. Daily, weekly and monthly reporting to the Client according to the Contract Requirements;
g. Internal periodical reporting to the Company’s Management and shareholders, in accordance with agreed procedures.
