Training

Training the staff involved in activities related to the planning, monitoring and analysis of the works, with a special focus on time and costs.

Relying on our experienced staff and partners and also, on a deep knowledge of good practices in this area, Essential Engineering SRL provides, by request, training courses to improve knowledge of the staff involved in the development, monitoring and analysis the Work Schedules and also quality main procedures.

The training activity involves:

  1. Seminars preliminary activities for carrying out execution programs in construction;
  2. Seminars on the use of electronic programmes for achieving planning works, namely: Primavera, MS Project, Tilos, Excel;
  3. Seminars on the recommended procedures to be used for planning the activities before and during the execution of works;
  4. Seminars on the procedures recommended to be used in the analysis of delays on both during the execution of the works and the completion of the contract (as-built phase);
  5. Seminars on the quality procedures to be used during the construction contracts;

Upon request, our company provides specific training of the staff involved in planning and control of projects on the construction sites, by use of Primavera, MS Project, Tilos and Excel.

“Training includes all activities designed to enhance the competencies of the project team members. Training can be formal or informal.[…]

If project team members lack the necessary management or technical skills, such skills can be developed as part of the project work. Scheduled training takes place as stated in the human resource management plan. Unplanned training takes place as a result of observation, conversation, and project performance appraisals conducted during the controlling process of managing the the project team. Training costs could be included in the project budget, or supported by the performing organization if the added skills may be useful for future projects.
